| About Me ... Photography isn't just my career - it's my passion. I have been taking photographs since I was 14. After a career in IT management I decided upon a change to enable me to pursue my first love. Soon after starting my own business I qualified as a Master Photographer. I am the only photographer in Dumfries and Galloway to be accepted into the prestigious Society of International Fashion and Glamour Photographers. My speciality is "People PhotographY" - Portraiture, Weddings, Fashion, Beauty and Glamour. In addition I regularly cover local events and undertake publicity and commercial commissions. In my free time you'll still find me with a camera in my hand, photographing landscapes, flowers and anything else that excites me. In the summer of 2010 I was joint winner in the Master Photographers Association competition for North West Environmental Portrait Photographer Of The Year. My Ambition ... In many ways it's enough to keep striving to take that one special image that knocks spots off all the rest, but I really want to shoot a charity calendar along the lines of the famous "Calendar Girls". Any offers? |
